Do you have a text that needs to be translated from a Scandinavian language - Norwegian, Danish, or Swedish - to English? You've come to the right place. |
Who am I?
I'm an American author and translator living in Oslo, Norway.
I have a Ph.D. in English, have taught
literature and writing, have published a dozen books on a variety of topics
(among them an English grammar for university students), and have translated
several books.
You can read more about me here. (Or here, in Norwegian.)
What kinds of translation have I
done?
I've translated books on art and dance, as well as Human
Visas: A Report from the Front Lines of Europe's Integration Crisis by Hege
Storhaug and Human Rights
Service.
I've also translated business and financial
documents as well as articles about politics, history, theology, art, dance,
music, literature, sports, and current events.
I translate regularly for
